BOOKING CONFIRMATION

TripCafe Holidays acknowledges your initial booking request once you select a travel service, share traveler(s)’ details per requirements, and make the token payment, which can be up to 10 to 25% of the package total amount.

The submission of the initial request at TripCafe Holidays authorizes us to perform travel arrangements and reservations for transportation, accommodations, etc. with our partner travel supplier(s). Read our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy to know your rights, responsibilities, and TripCafe’s Holidays practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information.

However, the booking is deemed confirmed once you receive the travel vouchers containing travel itinerary details. The acceptance of the initial booking request by TripCafe Holidays does not guarantee the availability of the travel service or its price.

You can avail of the service once it is fully confirmed. You shall make the remaining payment as per the terms and conditions of the booked travel package. 

BOOKING CANCELLATION

We accept cancellation for a travel service only via the registered email ID. Provide the booking details and the reason for cancellation. An authorized team member from TripCafe Holidays connects with you and after successful validation of the cancellation request, we process or submit the cancelation request to your travel supplier(s). We charge you a nominal service fee of 5% of the full booking amount.

However, the submission of the cancellation request at TripCafe Holidays does not guarantee the cancellation, refund, or both. The outcomes depend upon the cancellation policy or rules of the travel suppliers. Refund will be credited to the original mode of payment within 15-20 working days
